- Advising on setting up prior to the lodgement of the Plan of Subdivision to make things easier post-settlement;
- Preparing any special rules you may want to introduce in addition to or in place of the model rules;
- Advising on trades and post-completion warranties and servicing;

Assistance prior to project commencement – working with surveyors to ensure a fair and equitable Plan of Subdivision

Settlement Services
- Providing the developer and solicitors with the initial Owners Corporation settlement packs*, free of charge (a saving of approximately $150 per lot)
- Develop Introduction to Stratabase management and Welcome Kit for owners and residents
- Organisation, attendance and preparation of minutes of the Inaugural General Meeting.

Establishment Services
Advice, assistance and establishment of the Owners Corporation.
- Procurement of quotes for facilities management, cleaning, maintenance, electricity, gas, security, staffing, essential services, insurances, pumps, etc
- Liaison with contractors on site to ensure all parties are compliant, insured and adequately scoped.
Commencement of Management Services
- Introductory information packs are provided to all owners.
- Co-ordination of move-in; inductions of tradespeople
- Assistance with common area defects/reporting
- Liaison with builder and subcontractors
- Assembly of Special General Meeting 2-4 months post settlement
- Facilitation of all ongoing annual and special general meetings
- Provision of ongoing best practice and industry compliant OC management services
- Management of the day-to-day concerns of owners corporation members
- Facilitation in dispute resolution.
